I understand that only one client is allowed per float suite at all times.
I will not tamper with TERAPUNG’s float equipment. I understand I am not allowed to bring anything into the float tank/ pod.
I will abide to the highest standards of hygiene. I am REQUIRED to shower and use both bodywash and shampoo (remove makeup) before entering the the float tank/ pod even if I have showered before coming to TERAPUNG.
I fully accept responsibility for charges that will incur (USD500) if I contaminate the solution within the float tank. TERAPUNG have a pH and Salinity reader that will notify the staff if the solution has been contaminated. (TERAPUNG has to replace the entire solution of the tank if contaminated)
I understand that TERAPUNG will not be responsible for any personal injury or damage to my belongings while inside TERAPUNG suites, inside the tank/ pod and for anywhere in TERAPUNG premises. (Floors can be wet, so be careful!)
I am not under the influence of any recreational drugs, alchohol or illegal subtances whilst using the float tank/ pod. I understand that TERAPUNG has the right to refuse service if found otherwise.
I understand that TERAPUNG staff members are not medical professionals and are not qualified to offer medical advice. Therefore TERAPUNG will not be held in any way responsible for the aggravation of existing medical conditions and/ or onset of new conditions that may occur following my float experience.
